The HeroX team is pleased to formally announce the appointment of our new President and Chief Executive Officer, Kal K. Sahota. Kal first joined HeroX back in 2015 as a Client Relationship Manager, more recently she served as our VP of Possibilities and Chief of Staff. You can read more about Kal’s journey to HeroX here

Kal is devoted to both the HeroX team and our community of innovators, making her the perfect fit for her new role. Her drive and passion for making the world a better place by connecting every day organizations with the most innovative of minds truly embodies the ‘HeroX way’ and we couldn’t be more proud to call her our leader. 

So what does the future look like for HeroX? Things will be business as usual here at HeroX, under Kal’s leadership we’ll continue to grow as the platform for open-innovation and prize incentive challenges while Christian, our Co-founder & former CEO shifts his focus as our Executive Chairman and Chief Strategy Officer.
