Hydrogen rockets as mobile power plants?

In the last 50 years the biggest advances come from Hydrogen integration in to our lives. It's now being used inside homes with hydrogen appliances (UK), hydrogen cars slowly being tried but due to explosiveness of hydrogen still going slow, renewable wind and solar plants beginning to use hydrogen as a storage with many studies going on right now across the world.

Use your rockets fuel tank for storage of hydrogen. Probably Dynatics or National Team are the ones which would work best for this, but StarShip is ideal for large cargo transports. They will be permanently kept on the Moon as a mobile storage medium. They will also serve as lifeboats in case of emergency. Convert electricity to hydrogen and back as needed. Additional benefit is portability this would allow, because you can fly the rocket to any new location and have power reserves instantly available there.

In space temperatures are close to absolute zero. Use superconductive circuit to pump voltage to a maximum. Later distribute it as needed similarly to water tower.

Hydrogen storage for generating electricity from toilet waste.

It works by mixing biodegradable food waste with toilet waste to get it decomposed by bacteria and stored as a hydrogen for future electricity supply.

Prohibitively expensive technology on Earth but may be suitable for the Moon camp. The costs of transporting 1kg of cargo is 50-100k. Why waste the waste which astronauts are going to produce if it produces enough energy to power your entire house on Earth or the Moon?

Especially if you want to live of the "land", like Matt Damon in the movie called "The Marcian". Of course, there is no waste destroying bacteria on the Moon, so it must be brought in and nurtured for this purpose.

Hydrogen (methane) powered space suit where poop is first used to recharge electrical battery, with excess power being stored for later as hydrogen and used for direct propulsion.

If you've been storing electricity into hydrogen you should now have enough of it to fly something like the Lazareth hover bike shown below.

Having choices is important and it offers a choice of driving on the ground via rechargeable battery or flying for 10 min on gas propulsion.

Additionally you could summon it remotely, in case of an emergency for example, and it could fly to you all by itself.

Instead of your lunar buggy please consider using a hover bike suitable for much wider range of activities. For example it can fly up in order to reach a cargo area on the top of the lander and helicopter it down with or without rider onboard. It can be remote controlled like a drone or it can use the auto-pilot function, like in self driving cars.

There is water on the moon, so why bring anything? Hydrolysis can extract hydrogen and oxygen and distill it into underground storage tanks. The fuel cell can re-generate energy by dissociation, and the by-product, water, can also be stored until a sunny day. Energy for hydrolysis can be taken during the day from solar panels or Stirling engines, which can be made from metal mined from regolith.
