Saturday, March 30, 2019 will be the Static Test Fire Demonstration, hosted by Firefly Aerospace at their facility outside of Austin, TX. Details and registration info will be forthcoming.
As some of you have noted, the Base 11 Space Challenge rules state that participation is mandatory. This rule is being changed. Participation is strongly encouraged, especially for the four team leaders, but not mandatory. In addition to seeing the state-of-the-art test stand at Firefly, there will be a social networking event, and additional safety training related to static test firing.
