3. Opportunity: Which pillar of well-being, and which aspect of that particular pillar, are being addressed by the idea? In what way does it influence a pillar? What type of individual and community would benefit from the idea?
This addresses both the community and the mind pillar. Each seed represents an action a single person has taken to create what will become a glorious symphony of colour, joy and benefit to people and wildlife in the surrounding community of each shop, making people feel "we did that". The sense of 'making a difference' is also important for the mind to ward against feelings of hopelessness & being overwhelmed by current environmental issues. Colour & scent are known to be beneficial to wellbeing
4. Innovation: Why is your idea unique, novel, and/or impactful? What will the future look like if we’re successful in bringing your idea to life? How does the proposed solution differ from existing solutions addressing human well-being?
I find that a lot of human well-being solutions focus on the individual, but we know that altruism and feeling part of a larger group creating a solution is also a psychological benefit. This encourages openness and cohesion in an often divided society and benefits wildlife. Yoga classes could be run in the summer near the planting areas. The area could be signposted thus advertising the shop and highlighting it's passion for community work and events. I don't know of any shops doing this.
5. Action Plan: Please justify and briefly describe the major steps needed to make this idea a reality. Does the technology and understanding exist now? Is it likely to exist in the next 3-5 years?
Shops will need to talk to councils to find a planting space - this could be in a local park. If in a park, the park staff could care for the plants and lululemon simply provide seeds and obtain videos on sunny days.

A wildflower/nature expert should be consulted to design a stunning wildlife-friendly mix of flowers. Future clothing lines/patterns could be based on the flower mixes. The flower mixes could be the same or different from shop to shop.

The video could be in a wall/on the front of the payment desk or in the window. If in the window, possibly solar powered?

The video in the shop does not need to be live. The planted patch will only look good as the summer commences, so to begin with the video-wall in the shop will need to feature "a this is what it will look like" design, and then on the second year it could play a montage of different wildflower meadows.

Seeds could also be sold on shops for those inspired to plant in their own gardens/on their balconies.
