3. Opportunity: Which pillar of well-being, and which aspect of that particular pillar, are being addressed by the idea? In what way does it influence a pillar? What type of individual and community would benefit from the idea?
Let's democratize communities' access to movement/exercise/wellness coaching and motivation. People who work multiple jobs, or odd hours, or simply cannot travel to LL stores may hereafter access - online - personalized coaching, advice from virtual shopping assistants, and LL inventory. I believe LL can make VIPaccess perks financially viable by requiring that users visit physical stores or make online purchases every once in a while. Say, every 60 days, which resets the user's VIPAccess pass.
4. Innovation: Why is your idea unique, novel, and/or impactful? What will the future look like if we’re successful in bringing your idea to life? How does the proposed solution differ from existing solutions addressing human well-being?
Go beyond online stores. Go beyond the constraints of regular hours, employee staffing, capacity, etc at brick-and-mortar or more frequent pop-up stores. The VIPaccess pass becomes a #personalized vehicle for customer motivation, coaching and experiences. So users will practice movement/exercises/yoga/etc at the times they choose, whilst being connected/supervised by online coaches (human or/AND virtual/AI). VIPaccess is retained by shopping LL and/or agreeing to virtual tracking of #sweatlife.
5. Action Plan: Please justify and briefly describe the major steps needed to make this idea a reality. Does the technology and understanding exist now? Is it likely to exist in the next 3-5 years?
1. Develop the tech ability to track #sweatlife of users and LL fans who OPT IN (say, to earn LL swag, discounts). The technology shall analyze users' phone/device/smartTV cam video streams. An AI (or human coach) remotely quantifies users' #sweatlife activity. The AI/virtual coach (or human coach) provides useful guidance on screen, via voice. And recommend relevant LL products, or connect to remote shopping assistants. (for possible inspiration, see PNG attachment below)
