Guide: How to Use the Moderators section


The Moderators section allows you to add moderators to your HeroX page, or delete any previously-added moderators.

Before you can add a person as a moderator, that person must be a registered user on the HeroX website. See the last page of this document for instructions on how to register on the website.

To add a moderator, click the “Add Moderator” button. Begin typing the registered user’s name. When the correct user name appears, click it. You can also invite users who do not currently have a HeroX account by sending them an invitation to their email address.

Repeat the steps above to add as many moderators as needed. When finished, click the “Update” button at the bottom of the page to save your moderators.

When a moderator on a page responds to a comment in the Forum or on an Update, a 'moderator' icon will appear next to their HeroX username.
