    Seems very open-ended in terms of an actual system design; seems to be saying it will grow or improve as new technologies arrives (any of which could be 'game-changers'). Which is clever, but what can you actually deliver, say, now? What substantive ideas ground your proposal? Do you have a working theory or hypothesis (to produce ethical behavior in an AI)?
