Leader of the Challenge team, Falcão is a Mechanical Engineer, with more than 18 years of experience in the Steel Industry and has been working on solutions for the Scrap Challenge over the past years. Falcão joins the judging panel with deep technical knowledge and experience in Gerdau's global operations and also other organizations around the world.
