Has worked at the Department Rural Development and Land Reform-National Geo-spatial Information (NGI), for 36 years and is registered as a Professional GISc Practitioner with the South African Council for Professional and Technical Surveyors. He has experience in Geodetic Surveys, photogrammetric data capture, GIS and data management. He is a member of the Professional Staff at the NGI and currently provides advice with regards to the integrated Information System (ITIS) and production systems at the NGI. He was a member of the steering committee managing the development of a new data model for the NGI and actively involved in its implementation.
