I use COMSOL Multiphysics in Dr. Robert Peattie's Hemodynamics Lab at Tufts, modeling oxygen transport through aortic aneurysm walls with coupled multi-domain physics. I also built and maintain Lunascope, the GUI for Harvard Medical School's Luna sleep EEG suite, and published Subwave, a PyPI package for decomposing neurophysiological waveform populations using SVD, NMF, dictionary learning, wavelet scattering, and tensor decomposition, with built-in clustering, permutation testing, and intergration with Luna and MNE. I also worked at Brigham and Women's Hospital as a research coder where I helped with data analysis of the Nurses' Health Study.
