Born in 1943 and with 75 years Humberto has spent most of his life working on his big passion: Education. After a successful 20 years in the private business world he focused on his teaching of Leadership and writing books about it. Has 4 sons and 53 years of marriage. He was a teacher at INCAE, Costa Rica, Academic Director of EAFIT in Medellin Colombia and created a Foundation dedicated to the development of Leadership and entrepreneurship with responsibility, it is called Lideres and is located in Cali, Colombia.
