Director of the ITALIAN NAVAL LEAGUE UNDERWATER STUDY GROUP dedicated to the historical/scientific dissemination of underwater activities aimed at the study of modern military historiography.
• Scientific maturity
Graduated in Law from the Giustino Fortunato University of Benevento (Italy). Second Degree in Legal Sciences and master in law from the Nebrija University of Madrid (SPAIN).
• Technical diving instructor without decompression limits in RAID teaching.
Technical diver with no decompression limits and for any depth with "Hazardous environmental recon unit" certification, stress and MASTER RESCUE DIVER certification.
• Dive Consultant at DPAA/POW/MIA, Pentagon, Washington, USA, as Diver and Military Wreck Investigation Expert, Mediterranean Sector in collaboration with Dr. Christine Cohn.
Responsible for operations during the ADRIATICO UNO search campaign in the southern Adriatic with the discovery and identification of 25 American bombers landed in Italian territorial waters during the Second World War.
• Identification of the wreck of the submarine Giovanni Bausan, VECTOR PISANI CLASS, in service in the Royal Italian Navy during World War II in JUNE 2020.
• Diver in collaboration with the British Royal Navy in the context of the Italian-British operation N41, aimed at the search and identification of the remains of the British submarine HMS REGENT, identified in MAY 2022 by dr. Bisciotti and his group.
• Head of operations at the Regulus project, used for the research and study of the British submarine HMS N88 Regulus which mysteriously disappeared in the waters of the Otranto channel during the Second World War.
•Head of underwater operations in Operation LIBERTY/DELTA 15 aimed at the investigation and study of war material in the holds of the armed cargo LIBERTY in Italian territorial waters, suspected of having transported chemical weapons. The DELTA 15 operation is still ongoing today with the identification of the armed cruiser Brindisi/DELTA 15 sunk in August 1943 in the waters of the port of Bari.
• Collaboration started as a Lecturer in the seminars of Underwater Methodology and Modern Underwater Historiography at the University of Foggia and the University of Bari (UNIFG-UNIBA) in agreement with Prof. Danilo Leone regarding the agreements signed with the LNI extension.
• Guest of the main historical/scientific newspapers of Italy, United States, Great Britain and South America. Attached below, diver expert during the studies and investigations of the alleged German submarine found in Argentine waters in the Necochea area.
