Name & Designation: Dineshkumar Harursampath, Asst.Prof., AE; Head, NMCAD Lab; President, MultiFun Organisation: Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru, India Leading from the front for over 15 years, the innovator under focus, Dr. Harursampath, the NMCAD Lab headed by him, and the MultiFun startup founded by him have all been pushing the limits of multifunctional materials, in general, and energy recycling and storing composites, in particular, for various aerospace and non-aerospace applications, benefitting the society at large and identifying hitherto untapped yet potent markets for the versatile materials industry.
