Retired techie and small scale organic/natural farmermand seedling nursery developer. Have been working on plant colouring dyes for cotton dyers and colouring for food industry for the past 3 years.I have short listed two colouring matter which could meet this challenge requirement. One is from extract of coconut fibre and the oher is from seeds of a plant originally from South Smerica but also grows well in South India. Most basic work on extraction has been done. At present work on imrovement of extraction and trial on food is being planned for local area use.
