Alex Nathanson works across the fields of engineering, design, education and art and has been working with solar power since 2014. In that time he has installed off-grid systems throughout New York City and Puerto Rico, taught solar installation, and worked with numerous artists and designers to create functional solar powered devices. He specializes in niche applications of technologies and making complex engineering concepts accessible to the average user.
In addition to working in the solar power industry he has a decade of experience as a multimedia engineer, developing creative solutions to complex problems for museums and artists all over the world.
He has a M.S. in Integrated Digital Media from NYU Tandon School of Engineering and is a certified NABCEP Photovoltaic Associate.
