The goal of this challenge is to develop a medical device that safely and efficiently monitors a set of clinical parameters related with the respiratory function of patients and outpatient individuals. This device will serve as a support to the attending physician and also contributing to the early identification of clinical conditions that may require urgent medical care, which will help reduce the morbidity and mortality of the ongoing pandemic.

This technological solution should be portable and be easily and widely used to monitor sick patients or outpatients. The solution should include both the required hardware and software.
