The PLLC is a registered charity & non-profit organization located in downtown Portage la Prairie. PLLC also has free services for Employment Counselling, Settlement Services, Mature Grade 12 and Literacy programs and more. PLLC has been offering these programs and services for the residents of the Central Plains region for over 30 years. Through a positive and supportive environment, the PLLC is committed to providing opportunities for individuals to realize their educational, employment, immigration, and life goals.
