Dear innovators,

With less than two weeks until submissions are due I'd like to use this post to remind you of the four key requirements for your submission to be considered for the challenge. 

  1. You must meet all eligibility requirements as described under "Challenge Rules" ("Règles du Défi") on our Guidelines tab. Note: You are able to have team members who are non-Canadian residents, so long as at least one team member is a Canadian resident.
  2. The official submission must be submitted through the HeroX portal. As a registered innovator you can access the portal by clicking the orange "Begin Entry" button at the top of the page. You are able to save your answers to the questions and edit them at a later date. This portal will close after January 23, 2019 11:59 PM EST so please ensure you submit in good time.
  3. A completed Overdose Results Table (Tableau des résultats des surdoses) must be attached to your submission (this is indicated in Q5 of the submission portal).
  4. A completed Data Sources Document (Document sur les sources des données) must be attached to your submission (this is indicated in Q10 of the submission portal).
