additional information
There were four questions that we did not address on the orientation webinar, responses are as follows:

Q) How often the max power 12 W, 1A,50ms per second is OK? Is 8 Watt (0.75A) with 50% duty cycle OK?
A) 5% Duty Cycle max

Q) Is there a guide value for the gap between payload and interface panel outside of the interface bearing points or is it only necessary to ensure any gap?
A) The static envelope is per the interface drawing, and you can come right up to the edge of that.  You can exceed the static envelope by .8mm during load events.  In the interface guide clause Dynamics-3 there is a note about dynamic clearance.

Q) Which capacitors are suitable/permitted for use in the experiment?
A) No aluminum electrolytic capacitors.  Tantalum and ceramic capacitors are acceptable.  Supercapacitors need to be reviewed for safety.  All will be subjected to approval of the MIUL.

Q) What is the definition of a subcontract?
A) Subcontract means any contract, as defined in FAR Subpart 2.1, entered into by a subcontractor to furnish supplies or services for performance of the prime contract or a subcontract. It includes, but is not limited to, purchase orders, and changes and modifications to purchase orders
