Emily Fowler Pellen is passionate about providing pathways for people to create a positive impact in this world, she desired to create an accessible version of the XPRIZE model, and achieved her vision as a co-founder of HeroX.

In late 2015, Emily stepped away from the daily operations of HeroX in order to launch a new venture - Purpose Ventures. Within her capacity as founder and head coach, she works with executives, family offices, federal governments, entrepreneurs, innovators and changemakers who are dedicated to transforming the world.

Emily is driven to understand who we are as a human race and what it takes to create the best versions of ourselves. To that end, she remains focused on impactful leaders who are on the journey of building world-changing companies, entrepreneurs, influencers, corporate executives, notable nonprofit directors, senior officials of federal governments, and the United Nations.

Dr. Peter H. Diamandis is an international pioneer in the fields of innovation, incentive competitions and commercial space. In 2014 he was named one of “The World’s 50 Greatest Leaders” by Fortune Magazine.

In the field of Innovation, Diamandis is Chairman and CEO of the X PRIZE Foundation, best known for its $10 million Ansari X PRIZE for private spaceflight. Today the X PRIZE leads the world in designing and operating large-scale global competitions to solve market failures.

As an entrepreneur, Diamandis has started over 20 companies in the areas of longevity, space, venture capital and education. He is co-founder of BOLD Capital Partners, a venture fund with $250M investing in exponential technologies, and co-founder and Vice Chairman of Celularity, Inc., a cellular therapeutics company.
