How to Assign Judges

Once the judges have been invited, you can start assigning them to the Eligible submissions (even if they haven't accepted the invitation yet). If submissions are still in "Not Verified" status, you won't be able to make assignments. Make sure you've marked the ones you would like evaluated by the judging panel as "Eligible" first.

Next you'll have the option to either manually assign judges to each submission, or randomly assign judges to all of them at once.

• To assign them manually, click on the blue submission title and go to the 'Assign Judge' button. Click on the drop down menu to select the judge(s) you wish to assign. When finished, click the 'Assign' button to confirm.
• To assign them randomly all at once, click the 'Assign Judges' button on the main Entries dashboard. From there, you can keep all of the judges user names check marked to assign the entire panel randomly, or you can uncheck certain names to exclude them from the bulk assignment. You can also change the number of judges assigned - the default is 2. Finally, click 'Assign' to complete the assignments. You also have the option to go into individual submissions and re-assign judges using the manual process if necessary.
