My name is Wardell Henley, my professional background, is Information Security, 40 years. During my quasi retirement, I started a Non profit in 2008, called Northside Town Branch group, NSTBG, https://northsidetownbranchgroup.ning.com/ . We fought the City on the need for Flash Food construction in the low to moderate income communities. and we won, the first time a local city group won against the city off Fort Smith Arkansas. the city spend over 8 million on Flash Flood construction in our community. Now in 2021 I have stated the Black Community Development and Chamber of Commerce of Arkansas, BCDCCA, https://www.bcdcca.net/ part of the National Black Chamber. we are statewide and are the only active Black chamber in the state of Arkansas. WE belong to the Arkansas State Chamber and partnering with Federal and state agencies, colleges, municipalities, counties, corporations, organizations and non profits.
