Terrence S. Jennings Entrepreneur Visionary Entrepreneur who loves God, Family, Friends, Business, Athletics, Sports, Coaching & Motivating myself & others to be & do more with God Given Talents while Lifting the Spirit of People through teamwork, leadership & empowerment. My Technology teeth began to grow in 1992 as I began employment with Quick Response Services, Inc AKA QRS. This company was the pioneer in CLOUD Technologies focused within the Retail industry, offering Online Network Solutions, Supply Chain & Inventory Control via its product called the QRS Catalog. In today’s world the product most certainly would have been known as The QRS CLOUD! As the Acting Manger I developed the sales department known as The Direct Marketing Department naming the Department & Sales reps as Direct Marketing Specialist leading this department to quick & outstanding sales numbers. Our job was to sell the concept of the electronic database i.e. the QRS Catalog to vendors who sold their products in Major Retail chains & outlets in the USA. Our clients would load their UPC codes into our Catalog allowing for Retailers to replenish their products via computer to computer link. In 1995 I gained further invaluable experience within the Technology Industry as I stepped into the world of Telecommunications as an Account Executive for Network Plus, a reseller of the Sprint Telecom Network. My job was to win contracts (1,2,3 years) with businesses & or organizations replacing & or adding as a redundancy the Telecom Services of the Sprint Network. In 1996 I took all of what I had learned & opened my first business Tan-Jent Enterprises one of the first Telecom & Technology Brokerages, later in 2000 we added an Online Shopping Mall much like what Amazon is today! In fact, Amazon was one of our first 50 Online Affiliates whose products & services we offered to consumers via our website. In 2002 I became a Licensed Realtor with Coldwell Banker; now I am a Realtor-ABR with BHHS Fox Roach, Realtors of Malvern PA. I have focused my business on 1st time buyers & or Investors which is why I gained the prestigious designation of Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), so I could gain knowledge & tools which could be applied to "enhance the buyer experience". In 2005 I was looking for a vehicle whereby I could combine the two areas of industry I loved & so I formed Tan-Jent Development Company, LLC a Sustainable Land Development Organization. We specialize in the creation of Sustainable Design & Construction Concepts that we offer to Land Owners & or Real Estate Investors who need a project they can win with. We follow the Triple Bottom Line of Sustainability (People, Planet, Profit) whenever & wherever feasible. In 2017 we added The Funding Zone offering funding solutions for projects. We currently have a Patent Pending product called the Sustainable Stations, which we intend to market in 2020 in the USA and the World at large. I am currently per suing my Commercial & Residential Inspectors License. In 2013 I became a Licensed Insurance Producer which authorizes me to offer Term/Whole/Universal & well as Health/Accident & Fixed/Indexed Annuities. I am Currently studying for my Property & Casualty License. This move will allow for Tan-Jent Development Company to be fully engaged in all areas of the development process.
