Stephanie Casano is currently the Director of Innovation with a previous position as the Compliance & QC Director for New Jersey Manufacturing Extension Program (NJMEP). This center has programs and services geared towards helping small & mid-sized NJ manufacturers improve efficiencies, boost productivity, embrace innovation & spur job creation. Prior to joining NJMEP, Stephanie was a Vice President at PNC Bank where she developed sales strategies that incorporated client segments, market opportunities and sales force effectiveness. As an accomplished banking professional, she led high-performing banking teams in an omni channel environment. Stephanie also had a daily responsibility for small business development along with risk & compliance management. Her specific strengths were in exceeding all sales, service, and audit goals while driving tremendous P&L growth through stellar networking and client relations skills.
