Radwa has a BA in Business Administration (BBA) from Cairo University. She was the co-founder and CEO of a Cairo-based startup, “Dolphin for Swimming Pool,” a swimming pool design, construction, and water treatment equipment and accessories provider. She founded the company in 2005 and grew the company to $150K in revenue. Radwa has over ten years of business development, entrepreneurship, and supply chain management experience. Also, she co-founded a Hawaii- based non-profit to educate underserved faith-based communities to improve their socio-economic life.
