President, Phil Jobson Consulting, BSEE, Uni SA 1996 Phil is a Space Flight enthusiast, veteran Electronic Product Development Engineer and Single Man Consulting Company with 30+ years’ experience and an in house lab and rapid prototyping capability. He has worked across a diverse group of industries including Defense Research, Test and Measurement, Telecommunications, CATV, Fiber Optic Transport and Medical Devices with clients and past employers such as Motorola, National Instruments, Analog Devices, Pocket Radar, Triquint Semiconductor, Rohde Schwarz and the Australian Commonwealth Department of Defense. Phil’s strengths include rapid prototyping and development, design for manufacture, design with electromagnetic simulation, rf component and system modeling, project and engineering management, microwave measurements and mechanical design for electronics. Phil's consulting company laboratory is exceptionally well equipped with both Test and Measurement capability to 50GHz and an extensive rapid prototyping capability including a Tormach 4 axis capable CNC Mill, modern LPKF PCB plotters, Hot Air rework, 3D printers etc etc
