Assistant Director of Campus Farms Operations, and owner of New Mexico Shrimp Co. Created the states first heterotrophic indoor, zero exchange salt water shrimp production industry in NM. Researched using cotton seed meal protein as a fish meal replacement by using high protein cotton seed flour as a fishmeal replacement. We are partnering with Cotton Incorporated and Ziegler feeds to accomplish this goal.
