Emily has been the president of the Massachusetts Breastfeeding Coalition (501(c)3 since 2019 and has worked as a pediatric Registered Dietitian and IBCLC for over 10 years with breastfeeding families, NICU babies, and infants and toddlers who need help to grow and thrive by providing nutrition care in homes, schools, community groups, and outpatient clinics. Emily was recognized as the 2018 Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year through the Academy of Nutrition. Through her entrepreneurial work in maternal and infant nutrition advocacy has recently been recognized by programs such as MassChallenge and Startup Health. Emily is the founder and CEO of NurtureTalk (Mother of fact app) and is working to reinvent how communities connect to equitable infant feeding information. She is the proud mother of 3 breastfed babies under the age of 7.
