Darlene Viviani has 35 years of electronic industry experience including twenty five years of engineering management. She provided technical leadership related to process development, circuit design, and test of sophisticated semiconductor devices at various companies including Texas Instruments, Philips Semiconductor, AMD, and Spansion. She retired from Spansion / AMD after twenty years in their memory R&D organization as Director of Technology Development focused on leading edge Flash design and process development. She was Senior Director of Device, Product, and Test Engineering at Nantero in Sunnyvale, Ca. She and her team facilitated the carbon nanotube (RERAM) memory development and fabrication around the world.
