William (Bill) Kovacs professional experience is currently focused project management for sour service materials qualification and materials sustainability; specifically focusing on testing for environmentally assisted cracking of CRAs in sour environments, at elevated temperatures and pressures. He is a principal engineer in the Laboratory and Testing Department at DNV and holds both a Project Management Professional and Professional Engineering (Ohio) license.
