Experience with in-situ measurements of greenhouse gas and other atmospheric gas fluxes i.e. NH3, O2, H2S using sensors, electromagnetic spectroscopy and detection, expertise in rice agronomy, gas flux and warming potential calculations and integration over time, gas emission data analysis, high-throughput phenotyping of rice under abiotic stress, agricultural runoff water quality, yield and productivity metrics analysis (e.g. N use efficiency, partial factor productivity), nutrient management, and anaerobic rice soil chemistry.
