Dr. Alex Yokochi is Professor of Mechanical Engineering and Associate Dean for Research in the School of Engineering and Computer Science at Baylor University. Previously, he was a Professor of Chemical Engineering at Oregon State University for over 20 years. His key focus of research is energy conversion and storage, and the development of sustainability enhancing technologies, such as zero liquid discharge desalination, industrial process decarbonization through the use of carbon free heat, and electro-thermal energy conversion.
