In partnership with the American Association for the Advancement of Science SEA Change initiative, this forum recognized the efforts of institutions of higher education, including SEA Change Institutional Bronze Awardees and Members, that have seen sustained improvement in faculty gender diversity, equity and inclusivity across STEMM. This event offered an opportunity to learn about institutional strategies and practices that have effected systemic change.
