As some of you may know, this week, AEM hosts the finale event for the Infrastructure Vision 2050 Challenge. Five finalists and their breakthrough redesigns of the United States transportation infrastructure system will vie for $100,000 in prizes in front of a live audience and a panel of expert judges. It all takes place tomorrow, Wednesday, March 8th from 9:30-11am at the CONEXPO-CON/AGG Tech Experience Auditorium & Infrastructure Zone. 

Judges participating in the live finale event include:

 

  • Adie Tomer
    Fellow at the Brookings Institution Metropolitan Policy Program and leading contributor to Newsweek, The Atlantic, and The Washington Post on metropolitan infrastructure
     
  • Dan Sturges
    Adjunct Professor of Transportation Design at the College for Creative Studies, in Detroit, Michigan, a world leading car design school
     
  • Elle Shelley 
    Chief Marketing Officer at Local Motors, and Executive Vice President of Launch Forth, Local Motors’ newest division
     
  • Ingrid Reisman
    Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for the Las Vegas Monorail Company
     
  • Keith Hennessey
    Principal Vice President and Head of Bechtel’s Public Private Partnership business.
