Space City CAValiers is a Houston-based, multidisciplinary team that brings together transplant cardiology and advanced cardiovascular imaging, human in vitro vascular immunobiology, and multiscale computational modeling. We build and validate combinatorial NAMs that couple mechanistic wet-lab evidence with patient-specific in silico digital twins—enabling animal-sparing “i-clinical trials” to accelerate early detection, biomarker discovery, and personalized prevention strategies for CAV and related vascular diseases.
