We create a Jumbo Jet with Huge blowers in all sides like vacum cleaners. The Plane flies over the thick cumulumbous clouds and spreads it .Thus the rain bearing clouds will be dispersed preventing too much rain in one area causing floods.This idea will prevent floods from happening.
