Reminder: The Stage 2 submission deadline for GoAERO is in TWO Weeks on Tuesday, September 30 at 5pm Eastern Time (New York/ USA).

NO materials submitted outside of the platform will be accepted and NO late submissions will be accepted. 

 

Important reminders:

  1. Stage 2 Registration: All Stage 2 Teams must complete Stage 2 Registration documents to be officially registered for this stage of the competition. If you have not already doneso, carefully review the requirements: https://www.herox.com/goaero/update/7400 .
    1. This guide includes helpful videos and all necessary links to complete your registration.
    2. DO NOT wait until the last minute to complete your documentation. It may take some time to obtain your corporate formation docs and insurance. 
    3. If your Stage 2 registration is incomplete, your Stage 2 submission will not be accepted. 
  2. Stage 2 Submission: The submission is available at herox.com/goaero. Click on "Enter" (or "My Entries if you submitted in Stage 1) to begin your submission. You can add information and "Save" along the way.

    2. A webinar with a deep-dive into the Stage 2 submission and registration requirements can be found here.
    3. Up to 3 submissions per team are allowed in Stage 2, but a team is only eligible to win one Stage 2 prize regardless of quantity and quality of submissions.
