Per the rules, entities wishing to compete must be legally formed in the United States, individuals working under that entity may participate regardless of immigration status. I am the inventor but i am Indian,
1. Can a US Citizen participates in the challenge on my request after my limited consent empowering him to use my invention for applying and matters related to this contest alone.
2. Can I be member of his team.
3. If he is the applicant, can i make the 90 sec video for the challenge.
4. Are there any other suggestions in such a case.
