Garfield Clean Energy Partnership is a team made up of GCE (an existing partnership of 6 towns, Colorado Mountain College, Roaring Fork Transportation Authority, Holy Cross Energy); CLEER - Clean Energy Economy for the Region, with collaborating entities of Xcel Energy Partners in Energy; Energy Smart Colorado, Glenwood Springs Muncipal Utility; SWEEP - Southwest Energy Efficiency Project.
