Phase 1B Submission Narrative Template

This is an optional template for Phase 1B applicants. 

To assist teams, DOE is providing this elective template to illustrate the types of information needed to evaluate teams’ submissions according to the scoring criteria. Teams are not required to use this template and may submit their cover page and narrative using any form or format. All submissions should meet  the content requirements outlined in this template and described in the official rules document.
