Full Description
A single factory for producing solar modules starting from source materials, to cells, to finished modules will allow for reduction in facility expenditures, transportation and overhead costs. One thought would be to create a "fancy glass factory" by which solar cell technology is deposited directly onto glass and finished in house to create the completed module. This concept could even be pushed further by assembling modules into arrays to reduce labor and installation time downstream.
