A handheld, low-power, on-site tool to determine quality or breakage of solar modules

Solar panels are prone to breakage and damage to constituent cells during transportation. A hand-held device that can quickly scan the module (by EL, PL or similar technique) to ensure no damage to cells or contacts has occurred right before it goes up on the roof or field for next 20-30 years can help to increase the system LCOE and potential O&M trip later on.
