Our approach to the Silicon Carbide (SiC) Packaging Prize leverages a unique, dual-use technology framework: pairing high-fidelity Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to manage extreme thermal and mechanical loads with localized Edge-AI to monitor structural fatigue and ensure data validation in real time. By transforming passive semiconductor packaging into intelligent, self-monitoring hardware systems, Livity AI Hub delivers the rapid-deployment reliability demanded by next-generation energy grids, defense infrastructure, and aerospace applications.
