Join the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) on Wednesday, June 16 at 12 p.m. MST for a live virtual celebration and announcement of the winners of the Spring 2021 Geothermal Collegiate Competition! Speakers include Kelly Speakes-Backman, Acting Assistant Secretary for Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy at the U.S. Department of Energy, and speakers from the DOE Geothermal Technologies Office. The event will feature highlights from winning projects, cash prize awards for first, second, and third place and honorable mentions for geoscience and stakeholder engagement strategies, as well as a sneak preview of the Fall 2021 Geothermal Collegiate Competition!
