A. YES! This prize encourages organizations who are new to community solar development to apply to this prize, including community-based organizations, multifamily affordable housing providers, and many others. Connect with experienced developers at both sessions. 

Q. I’m an experienced developer in search of a local partner who might be interested in bringing solar to their community. Are these events for me? 

A. YES! Both sessions are open to all competitors, including those who may have available real estate and community buy in, but do not have the experience to develop solar without a partner.  

Q. I have a strong team with great potential, but we’re new to the prize world and need more information about the Community Power Accelerator Prize. Are these events for me?  

A. YES! Learn more about the prize, including submission requirements and key dates, at the first session on Sept. 7 at 1 p.m. ET.
