Community Crowd-Sourced Vision Board
short description
Implement a screen on store walls that displays a community crowd-sourced digital vision board that is auto-updated on a regular basis
3. Opportunity: Which pillar of well-being, and which aspect of that particular pillar, are being addressed by the idea? In what way does it influence a pillar? What type of individual and community would benefit from the idea?
This idea addresses all three pillars but primarily the community.
This vision board is crowd-sourced by the community. The idea is for people to submit one goal they would like to manifest in their lives (can be about exercise, diet, mental health, participate in particular activities, sports, social life, career, finance, etc) AND one idea of an action on how to get there as a community (ie: what kind of class, activity, help).
4. Innovation: Why is your idea unique, novel, and/or impactful? What will the future look like if we’re successful in bringing your idea to life? How does the proposed solution differ from existing solutions addressing human well-being?
Although Vision Boards are somewhat common, Community-based Vision Boards are unique.
Vision Boards themselves are impactful because they focus a persons goals, desires, and dreams and uses the Law of Attraction to make those things a reality.
5. Action Plan: Please justify and briefly describe the major steps needed to make this idea a reality. Does the technology and understanding exist now? Is it likely to exist in the next 3-5 years?
All of the technology does exist now, and the fact that it is digital means it can be updated as frequently as desired. This can be done by store or by city.
The application would need to be developed by developers and the end requirements would look like:
Install touch screen display in stores
The display shows the current Community Vision Board
People that see the sign and tap on ideas to upvote it , see the ideas on how to participate OR they can add their own ideas and others can respond to it
The program would be self-organizing so that the most popular goals and actionable ideas would be at the centre or the largest. This can still be moderated by a simple smartphone interface
The interface for users to add additional text can be AirDropped (iOS) or Nearby Shared (Android) URL's to smartphones (no personally identifiable data would be used)
As a result, the Community Crowd-Sourced Vision board would always be up-to-date

The process itself engages the mind and gets everybody thinking of how to build the community while helping themselves.
Inevitably this involves getting out and doing more and because of the community that surrounds Lululemon it especially tends to include physical activity.
It is important that each contributor comes up with at least one idea to support their goal as science does show that process-based simulations are more effective than outcome-based simulations on performance and attaining results.

If this idea is brought to life, it engages the community, gets everyone thinking and excited and can evolve with the current spirit of the times. It is crowd-sourced and constantly updated (it could even be real-time, or just updated once per day, week, etc). It gives everyone insight into the rest of the community and its foremost goals.
