US Army Officer with nine years of construction engineering experience and three years of public affairs experience. I have a vested interest because both of my husband's adult siblings are on the spectrum and live at home with their parents. My 3.5 year old was also diagnosed with high functioning autism three weeks ago. I want them to succeed in life and a cost effective solution is key.
