I, like most of my fellow San Josians' HATE to see our beautiful city covered in ugly filth that is graffiti. My solution is simple and more than cost efficient: We will use the very people who make our city ugly to clean up their own messes. When a person is caught doing graffiti they will get community service that includes a paint bucket and a paint brush. These are the people who sneak over barbed wire and climb under over passes so they should be the ones who can sneak back into the crime zones and clean it up. Save the city 10's of thousands of dollars and teach the criminals a lesson. BOOM! Thanks! Nikki Petty
