Mihir R. Patel is working as an Assistant Professor in M & V Patel Department of Electrical Engineering, Chandubhai S. Patel Institute of Technology, CHARUSAT University, Gujarat, India since January, 2016. He has completed his B.E. Electrical from C. S. Patel Institute of Engineering and Technology in 2012 and M.Tech. in Electrical Power System from C. S. Patel Institute of Engineering and Technology in 2014. He was lecturer in Electrical Department at IIET-Dharmaj from June, 2013 to July, 2014 and Assistant professor & GTU coordinator at IIET-Dharmaj from August, 2014 to January, 2016. His research interest area includes Power System Stability, Renewable Energy, Solar Energy forecasting, Load forecasting, Electricity market. He has published two research papers in international journal and one conference research paper. He is Member of Indian Smart Grid Forum working group. His other roles are Department coordinator of EOC (Equal Opportunity Cell), and Hub Member of HRDC (Human Resources Development Center) at CHARUSAT University.
