Have initiated and collaborated to establish Global Innovation Network, Have collaborated to initiate and establish European Diagnostics Cluster Alliance (Brussels), Responsible for promotion of polish biotech sector on Bio International Conventions in USA (2007-2012); Expert in management of innovations, modelling business processes and behaviour of complex adaptive systems; expert in the application of the systems dynamics methods to organisational learning, problems solving, strategic research and analysis, scenario planning; Project Management Expert - responsible for development and implementation of different type of projects; Have experience in the field of economic and business development, including large scale projects financed by PHARE, ISPA (evaluation of environmental, social and economic issues); has developed and/or evaluated tendering documentation for PHARE, ISPA projects in areas incl. HRD, job creation and employment projects in different regions in Poland; influenced policies and conducted economical & financial analysis and evaluations;
